Jessica founded the Home Loan Studio with the aim to help Kiwis improve their financial wellbeing.

With 25 years in the banking industry and over two decades of personal experience investing in property and managing it, I understand the best route to ensure that customers get their desired outcomes. 

I take a friendly and reassuring approach  to make your experience as easy and stress free as possible.

I will work with you to ensure you get the best deal for you – this includes making sure you have a plan in place for your financial priorities, the right structure and products for your lending at the right rates.”

During her time in banking she has worked in home loans, branch management, business development, and most recently as a financial adviser for a private bank. These roles have seen her help thousands of customers reach their goals and have given her a huge breadth and depth of experience.  She has had the privilege of working alongside some great kiwi and international clients. working in everything from debt recovery through to working with extremely wealthy family office clients. Her lending experience includes helping people to buy their first homes, refinance, borrow to build, invest in property and consolidate their debt.

Jessica is registered as a Financial Adviser (FSPR no 774600). She has 20+ years experience of personally investing in property and managing a small rental portfolio. 

Qualifications: Dip.Bus, NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Lending & Investment).
