Our Process.

When you work with us we aim to keep things as straight forward and easy as possible.

Step 1. We start by having a brief phone conversation so we can get an overview of what you're looking for, understand your goals and priorities and we might ask a few questions about your situation to help us to understand how we can best help.

Step 2. We’ll send you an electronic form that only takes a few minutes to complete and then we’ll ask that you upload some supporting documents. You’ll need to provide basic information like income, expenses, assets and liabilities.

Step 3. We can catch up either in person or virtually via Google Meet or FaceTime to discuss your options.

Step 4. We get you pre approved so that you can start property shopping with confidence.

Step 5. You find a property and we work with you to get the best possible financial solution for you and your situation.
