  • Jessica Ford

    FOUNDER

    With over 25 years in the banking industry, Jessica has worked across home lending, leadership roles, business development, and private banking advisory. This breadth of experience provides a deep understanding of the nuances of lending decisions and how they impact long-term financial outcomes.

    She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from first-time home buyers navigating residential lending to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Her lending experience spans first home purchases, refinancing, construction and renovation lending, residential and commercial property investment, and long-term portfolio structuring.

    This background allows Jessica to provide considered, strategic advice tailored to each client’s circumstances, with a strong focus on clarity, efficiency, and long-term outcomes.

    Jessica is registered as a Financial Adviser (FSPR no 774600). She has 20+ years experience of personally investing in property and managing a small rental portfolio. 

    Qualifications: Dip.Bus, NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Lending & Investment).

  • Faith Ollerenshaw

    Faith brings a strong interest in investing and a thoughtful, detail-focused approach to her work. Her passion for financial markets began early, driving her to build her knowledge and savings from a young age and shaping her commitment to helping clients get ahead.

    Working behind the scenes, Faith plays a key role in ensuring lending strategies are executed accurately and efficiently. She shares a strong set of values around client care and long-term outcomes, contributing to a seamless experience for busy professionals who value precision and follow-through.

    Faith completed the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Lending) in 2025 and is currently studying the investment strand, further strengthening her technical knowledge and understanding of wealth-focused lending decisions.

    When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Faith travelling, catching up with friends or exploring new recipes in the kitchen.

    Based in Auckland, Faith supports clients across New Zealand.

    HEAD OF SECURITY

    Chippy is the heart of our team, ensuring the office is always secure and spirits remain high. With an unwavering commitment to her duties, she keeps a close eye on visitors, ensuring no one sneaks past without a proper pat.

    When she's not on patrol, you’ll find her enjoying long walks at the beach or energetically chasing the neighbourhood cats.

    Chippy's infectious energy and wagging tail remind us all to take a moment to smile and enjoy the little things.
